Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), experienced Scrum Master, expert in test automation and quality assurance, a developer working for IT since 2001.

Rafał is an experienced Scrum Master and a software developer, working for IT since 2001. Starting from 2007, he becomes an Agile practitioner using Scrum and other Agile methods. Today, Rafał works as Professional Scrum Trainer, a consultant, an Agile Coach and a trainer, helping organizations and teams in adoption of Agile. He remains an active developer specialized in test automation and software quality assurance.

Rafał has experience in work with telecommunications and reservation systems, investment banking, solutions for web and Internet as well as mobile applications. For many years he specialized in Agile testing and improvements of software development processes. He uses such practices and development tools as CI, BDD, ATDD, Specification by Example. He supports creation of viable product backlog and its refinement. Teams supported by Rafał benefit from his support as a servant leader or a consultant.

As a Scrum Master Rafał focuses on forming and growth of development teams. He supported transformation to Agile of number of organizations, introducing Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban System. Rafał shares his experience with participants of his training and workshops. This allows better understanding how agility, empiricism and servant leadership impact value and quality of delivered products.

Rafał teaches Agile, Scrum, Kanban, test automation and quality assurance. Students learn from him how client / customer needs can be captured in a product backlog, how acceptance criteria may increase transparency, what to do with non-functional requirements and how to deal with testing of complex solutions.
