• Organizational change – introduction of Scrum to maximize benefits from its use,
• Scrum Master – the role and its stances,
• Preparation to PSM-I – the details about the certification process.

The trainers answer questions and as far as possible supplement the program with topics selected to meet the group expectations and needs.
